Layer 1 Protect

Protection first.
Then everything else.

No investment plan survives a hospital bill it wasn't ready for, or a family left without an income. Insurance is the base of the pyramid — so we build it first, and build it right.

Our approach

Enough cover.
Not more premium.

Many families are either under-insured or paying for policies that mix insurance with investment and do neither well. We start by working out how much cover your family actually needs — then find the simplest way to get it.

We compare plans on the details that matter at claim time: waiting periods, room-rent limits, co-payments and exclusions — not just the premium.

What we cover

The base layer,
piece by piece.

Term life insurance

Pure protection sized to replace your income and clear your loans if the worst happens.

Family health insurance

Floater plans that cover the whole family under one policy and one renewal date.

Parents' health cover

Separate plans for senior parents, so their claims don't eat into your family's cover.

Super top-up plans

Large additional cover at a modest cost, kicking in above your base policy.

Policy review

A second look at the policies you already hold — what to keep, what to fix.

Claim-time support

Guidance on documents and process when you need to make a claim.

Is your base solid?

Four quick checks.

  • Your life cover is many times your annual incomeEnough for your family to keep going without your salary.
  • Your health cover isn't only through your employerCorporate cover ends when the job does.
  • Your parents have their own health policySo one large claim doesn't exhaust everyone's cover.
  • You know your policy's waiting periods and limitsBefore you need to claim, not after.

Questions

Asked often,
answered plainly.

How much life cover do I need?

It depends on your income, your loans and your family's future needs. We'll calculate a figure with you rather than use a rule of thumb.

My employer already gives me health cover. Is that enough?

It helps, but it usually stops when you change or leave your job, and the sum insured may be limited. A personal policy keeps you protected regardless.

Should I buy insurance that also gives returns?

For most people, keeping insurance and investment separate is simpler and more cost-effective. We'll explain the trade-offs for your situation.

Can you review policies I already have?

Yes. Bring your policy documents and we'll go through what they cover, what they don't, and whether any changes make sense.
