Layer 4 Achieve

From private company
to listed name.

Going public is the summit for many growing businesses. We help promoters get IPO-ready, structure the issue and coordinate every party involved — from the first conversation to the listing day.

Why list?

Capital to grow.
Credibility to match.

An IPO can raise growth capital without adding debt, give early investors and promoters a way to unlock value, and put your company's name in front of customers, lenders and talent.

It also brings disclosure, compliance and public scrutiny. Our job is to help you decide whether — and when — listing is right, and then to make the journey as smooth as possible.

We review eligibility, financials and readiness, and agree whether and when to list.

  2. 02

    Prepare

Governance, restructuring and documentation put in order, with the full team appointed.

  3. 03

    File

The offer document is filed and taken through exchange and regulatory review.

  4. 04

Marketing, subscription, allotment — and your company's shares begin trading.

Questions

Asked often,
answered plainly.

Is my company too small for an IPO?

Not necessarily. SME exchange platforms exist specifically for smaller companies, with their own eligibility criteria. A readiness check will tell you where you stand.

How long does an IPO take?

It depends on how ready your company already is. Getting financials, governance and documentation in order is usually the longest part — we'll give you a realistic timeline after the first review.

Do you act as the merchant banker?

An IPO must be managed by a SEBI-registered merchant banker. We act as your consultant and coordinate with the merchant banker and other intermediaries on your behalf.

Is the discussion confidential?

Yes. Early conversations about a possible listing are kept confidential, and we're happy to sign a non-disclosure agreement.
